These Terms apply to all users of the getjili website, mobile platform, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

All financial transactions on getjili are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, getjili, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, disconnections, or Platform unavailability.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Platform content.
• Any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond getjili's reasonable control.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. getjili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, getjili's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

getjili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Regulatory or legal requirements.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons other than a Terms violation, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit getjili's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
